Still waiting on Sonart to address a broken sample .WAV file issue...
I praise music production titles I use based on my positive experiences, but I will not hesitate to point out shortcomings I encounter in products or services. I wrote about the value of the two-year Sonart subscription. However, I downloaded one of their titles utilizing multiple operating systems with various download methods, including the ones they suggested, and upon unpacking the .RAR file, one sample file kept popping up as broken. I contacted them on October 25th, and as of November 13th, still no response. The ball is in your court, Sonart.
