How to Tell a Company to Support FireFoxSubmitted by Elteto on Fri, 03/05/2010 - 03:28 |
If a company you do business with still has not implemented FireFox support on its web site, send a polite yet determined request.
Dear [Company],
It is regrettable that when the security and privacy of customers should be a priority for a [whatever type of business the company is] agency, the web site designers have chosen to only test the site features with and support Internet Explorer. The [whatever feature not supported by the company] does not work in FireFox, a very secure browser that is chosen often by discriminating and security conscious customers to access your site.
It must be pointed out that a number of your competitors already support FireFox and officially declare that support.
I sincerely hope that this missing support is not a lack of concern on your behalf for the safety of your clients' data, only an accidental oversight. I am looking forward to enjoy FireFox support from your company in the future.
Very Respectfully,
