For those who may accuse some of us Drupalers of being fanboys, here is a video that I find very influential in my dealings with the content management framework.

I do believe that Drupal is an excellent product, and I enthusiastically advocate its implementation to a variety of individuals and institutions. However, for me to be best able to honestly address users' concerns, I must take a hard, in-depth look at the shortcomings of Drupal. Only careful weighing of the pros and cons of installation (or migration), and understanding and anticipating possible problems can ensure that users are not only accomplishing their mission, but also have a great experience along the way.

James Walker, in a presentation that many believe to have been one of the most important ones at DrupalCon 2009, details the areas most needing improvement in Drupal.
